Enchilada Tuesday!

When was the last time you made Enchilada's? Have you had them before? It been awhile since  made them and I am going to try the

TIA ROSA'S RED ENCHILADA SAUCE-10722

(USDA Certified Organic, Gluten Free) $10

A complex sauce made up of tomatoes, chilies, authentic Mexican spices, and a hint of cocoa. Use this sauce for enchiladas, quesadillas, and even as a slow cooker sauce for chicken and pork.

The way I make my Cheese Enchilada's is by taking a flour tortilla, add cheese to it, roll it and place it on a baker pan that is an inch deep. I place it so it will not unroll while baking. I line them all up and then pour the sauce on top so it covers the entire tortilla and wont get crunchy during baking. The ONLY sauce I used to use, was Taco Bell packets.
Tonight, I am trying Wildtree's Tia Rosa's Red Sauce. I can not wait for them to be done. I bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for a few minutes. Just until the cheese is melted. I will post a picture in the comments when they are done and how they tasted.
